Yes, every worker listed on LabourBooking is required to submit valid government-issued identification, address proof, and professional references. Our internal team conducts a thorough background verification process to ensure the authenticity, skills, and trustworthiness of every provider on the platform.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. LabourBooking follows an escrow model, where the payment made by the customer is held safely until the assigned job is completed and confirmed. Only after your confirmation is the payment released to the worker, ensuring fairness and accountability on both sides.

Customers can cancel a booking free of charge if it is done 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time. If the cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the appointment, a small cancellation fee may be applied, up to 25% of the service charge. If a worker is unable to attend, they are required to notify in advance. In such cases, we will either assign a replacement worker or offer a full refund to the customer, depending on the situation.

Once a job is completed, both the customer and the worker have the opportunity to leave ratings and written feedback.
